Terms of Service

We maintain a catalog of online directories and, at your direction, submit your business to the ones you select. We report back what we submitted and what each directory did with it. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any directory we submit to.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for activity under your account. Provide real business information: directories reject or remove listings that misrepresent a business, and inaccurate submissions waste your quota and can get your domain flagged. Keep your login credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to use the service to:

• submit a business you are not authorized to represent
• submit false, misleading, or deceptive information
• promote illegal goods or services, malware, or fraudulent schemes
• evade a directory’s rules, rate limits, or prior removal of your listing
• overwhelm, scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the service

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, and we may decline any submission at our discretion.

You keep ownership of the business information you provide. You grant us permission to transmit that information to the directories you select, for the purpose of creating listings on your behalf. That permission is the entire point of the service and lasts until you stop using it or delete your account.

Directories are independent third parties. We do not control whether a directory approves, rejects, delays, edits, or later removes your listing, and approval is never guaranteed. We also make no promise about search rankings, traffic, domain authority, or revenue. Any figures shown in marketing material are illustrative, not a forecast of your results.

Directory availability changes constantly. A directory in our catalog today may close, change its rules, or start charging tomorrow.

Paid plans are billed in advance at the price shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of the period you paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we fail to deliver the submissions your plan covers.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or if we discontinue the service. Submissions already sent to directories cannot be recalled by us; contact those directories directly to remove a published listing.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced by email to account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
